There's also the superpro one which I have. Some offer some extra caster (I think) which points the wheels in a bit and supposedly improves handling a bit more. But generally the idea is to limit the suspension to how much the nose of the car lifts or dives.
 
What does anti-lift kit do?

Limits the suspension so that under hard braking the nose doesn't dive as much and under heavy acceleration the nose (and front wheels) don't lift off as much.
 
Ive got the whiteline one, it seems to do the job.
