Quick question....can you change these with the bar still in situ ?

Should be able to if the new bushes are split, you will need to undo the drop links though to release the tension.. although doing that is basically everything you would need to undo for removal!

Yes can be done with bar in , one side at a time , may need to release drop links from arms to take some tension off bar .

Need a small ratchet or spanner to get the bolts off the bracket as space is tight, undo droplinks so you can move the arb around a bit too. Easy enough job, bit fiddly lining it back up again iirc

Yep easy enough, small ratchet set as mentioned above and I usually use some long nosed mole-grips to close the clamp just to get the first few threads done up on the bolt.
