Any independant dealers?

Just a quickie


Are the any independant SEAT dealers in the SE (guildford area etc)

I am in need of a 60k service with cambelt, and think it might be quite expensive at the main dealers.

I have tried searching, but nothing has come up.

It's hard to tell sometimes whether indep or not. Get some numbers and ring round I think would be your best bet.

Have a search on this in the search forum section as I know this has been discussed recently with people discussing cost etc.

Head down the A3 to Portsmouth and go to JKM. Will be much cheaper than a main dealer - even after petrol costs - and will get you a much better service too! I go there for all servicing and any other work, despite the treck to get there

Cheers for the tip, I was looking for Seat dealer and seen one in pompey (think it is called Kings). My nearest is Farnham but heard some scary stories about them. As Pompey is not a million miles from me I might consider JKM.

The price does vary from one Seat dealer to the next, but not massively. Worth a call though as Kings are said to be OK, as far as main dealers go
