Anyone got an up to date version of the radio station logos for the Garmin PID?

So obviously Garmin Fresh is dead, can't update them that way. Sick of seeing Real Radio logo for Heart and no logo for Smooth.
Has anyone got a logos.afs file they managed to update before Garmin Fresh went down they wouldn't mind sharing?

Also whilst I'm talking about this damn PID, door monitoring doesn't work with mine. Any ideas why?
