Anyone have coilovers fitted?

Just bought some coilovers having them fitted on Saturday, anybody here had them fitted?

What's the lowest you could go on them without it affecting your car badly over speed bumps?
Does it make a big difference in how the car the handles?

seatbull how did you get on with your coilovers, I am thinking on same lines .but I was told unless you spend lots of money they are bouncy , like to no how you found them and what range you went for ie cost
