I’ve ordered a 1.5 TSI EVO FR...can’t wait for it! 2 drawbacks but can’t be helped, the 1.5s are still in production I was told and won’t be ready until week 20 and my expected delivery date is the first week of July which really sucks!
Current lead time on a 1.5 TSI EVO is 12-14 weeks, so you should see it a lot sooner than July :)

Oh really? With the contribution mine was only 4000

My seat contribution was £500 test drive , £250 voucher on seat website, and £1500 from Seat.
It's even better at the moment as it's £1500 + £1000 voucher from the Seat website.

3400 part ex - 1500 seat contribution - £800 voucher code - £210(roughly) a month and that’s with a few extras added.

That’s pretty good. I’m on 197/mo with 2.5 deposit for 4 years

An I reading this right? You'll spend 12k then give it back?

Ok

Of course you won't actually do that. Based on all the lads of your age I worked with, you'll more likely grow out of it and chop it in for a Leon after 9 months.

But good luck to you whatever you do.

Giving it in after 9 months would loose my 2.5k deposit. I may be a lad yes, but I’m very economically minded. And no, I won’t give it back, I’ll buy it off them. Hence the reason I cut my milage on it since I’ll take ownership of it anyway.

I’ve been buying Ibiza for nearly 20 years now. Although I’ve had a couple of Leon in that time...

I will never go this if these are not

1. No electric rear windows
2. No armrest
3. Pure laziness in leaving the buttons on the left of the gearstick when there is room on the right.

How anyone can go for this? By the way there are lot other variants? Any idea?

I completely agree it is lazy. It’s all about profits you see.
However, the deal I got made it worthwhile, a brand new 1.5 turbocharged car, heck, for the same price Vauxhall would offer an entry level corsa!
