Anyone own Snooper Indago?

I've just recieved this sat nav / camera locator. I can't get past the first screeen - the black one with the safety warning and agree button. Nothing happens when i press the agree button. The unit is brand new, and i have left it on in the car for a few hours and still nothing has happened. Is it duff? The booket says the first time it is use it could take upto an hour to locate a signal?

Anyadvice welcome, before it goes back where it came from.

is it a stand alone unit or do u plug it into the pc to update it?

i have a road angel plus and i had to register it first before i got any signal.

Registration is for the speed camera option only, from what i can tell the unit should work as sat nav off its map card. think the unit is duff, but want to be sure befor calling the shop and looking thick.
