Anyone swapped their air filter for a Pipercross Panel Filter

I have a leon fr 2.0 184 diesel 2017 and i have been looking at the Pipercross panel filter below, was wondering if anyone has any experiences with this product.

I have a ramair one in my cupra.

Makes 0 difference.

From what I have read and what has been posted on here before, a performance filter makes no difference to a TDI. The standard paper filters are more than sufficient.

Always nice to have a bit of bling though.

I had a Revo one on my MK2 FR.

The only difference it makes is you know its in there and you have to keep telling the mechanics to not change your filter on a service.

Save your money, diesels run on excess air anyways so will offer no noise or power increase. All it will do is provide less filtration to your turbo and you don’t really want that
