Arch rolling and flaring - MK2 Leon

Just put 9.5" rear and 8.5" front wheels on the car. Looks pretty good but getting some noise from front and rear as lowered on coilovers. Put rear adjuster back in and that solved that but don't want to raise the front. Has anyone ever rolled or flared the arches to give more room on the mk2? Kinda want to put the back back down again but don't want no rubbin!! Also there is that stupid big bolt in the front arches for the splash guard, dose removing the splash guards cause any damage to the car? Excess dirt going anywhere? Any pics of flared arches would be great.

I had my arches rolled on my old Megane. Was the shittest thing I had done to that car, personally. But if you find someone reputable then it could very well be worth doing!

ive chopped the little bit of arch liner that that metal bracket holds up off and bent the bracket back and kept the arch liner there its been like that 9 months and no problems. i had some 8.5J wheels with 215/36/19 tyres on wietec coilovers wound right down on the front it permenantly scraped till i did this.

What offsets are those wheels? Did you use spacers? And what size tyres did you get to work?

rust will be in there in no time. In fact it looks like rust has already started where you have bent the metal. You should have protected the bent part with underseal or black paint straight away.

Just a quick one mate when you fitted your front coilovers did you have to change the drop links Or did they bolt on fine? ive been told it will knock on the antiroll bar or the wishbone if i dont? Thanks!
