Are k&n induction kit any good

Why?

Be interested to know the answer to this, no doubt someone will say the answer is in search somewhere but is it proven that KnN aren't as good. I have a Green filter and i know these and particularly the Jetex seem to be most popular. Is this down to cost or is it performance.

There isn't. The thing people quote about K&N being oiled which kills your maf is just hype as they can be oiled or not so makes no difference. Just as good as any of the other filters made of the sae stuff and of the same size. I had K&N and now run Green as I needed something bigger.

As i've said so many times, your oil breather will kill your maf way quicker than any oiled air filter.
