Arona dashcam

I just wired in a dash cam I had from my previous car into one of the USB ports under the climate controller and can't get it to work.
I have tried both USB port and another usb cable and all I get is the infotainment system telling me I can't view any media on this device.
It might be I'm using an old dash cam (mobius camera) but I really don't know.
Has anyone else fitted a dash cam like this?

Hi - I'm sure someone here will have some more views, but I've got a Mobius cam and had it hardwired into the fuse socket in my Leon. Do you have that option available? Otherwise worth checking the settings on the Mobius in relation to USB connections and also the settings on the infotainment. The safest option is to power it another way if you can.
