Well this is my plan. Got the 150 intake, allard delete, custom pipe work, new turborevs smic and a 1.8t pancake pipe. Was thinking of getting Bosio PP764 nozzles. But will I need to change the turbo to keep up to new injectors?

Definitely yes if you're still on the stock VNT-15.

157bhp and a pile of torque with the standard vnt 15 and bigger holes,

http://forums.tdiclub.com/showthread.php?t=320508&highlight=ryanp's+caddy

I'd settle for the 150 and the 300 torques myself for now, the nozzles are good for about 200bhp with the right turbo and map though but you need to look at all the other stuff to go with it.

Are you getting your nozzles setup? I would recommend it otherwise you might just end up with smoke and less power.

Regarding the decat, just cut the pipe where it comes out the cat, break up the insides with some sort of bar and a hammer then weld the pipe back on, it still looks like it has a cat but it's empty and the mot boy wouldn't know anything lol.

I sent off a set of bodies to kermatdi in the states and he passes them onto another guy called drivbiwire who fits them and sets them up. This guy

I've since found out there's a company over here called united diesels or something that can do it too. They need to have the pressures set as they're two stage injectors.
Here's an injector in bits as well as other info too

In my honest opinion I can't say the cat delete has made any odds, you can hear the turbo a bit more which is nice though lol. I'll be doing away with the backbox too at some point and fitting a straight through after market job with nice twin pipes, I'm aiming to get the valance for the 4 motion golf estate with the cutout for the pipes.

And yes to the other question

They're all supposed to be good, you should get a price then go to the next one and so on till you get a bargain lol.

Join up to the tdiclub.com and have a look at what other folk are using too, they're well up for tuning too.

well how long do u think the standard clutch will last at that?

LOL mate you still haven't told us which car you got!!
On the little ibiza the clutch will last more since the car is much lighter. Mine did 183k with a chip and I ragged the shite out of the car almost every day.
Should be still on the stock clutch and the guy who has it now has put a GT1749VB in ;)

You wouldn't be far off 140 with the standard nozzles on the 110 so unless you're gonna go further I don't know if I'd bother. You could fit a bigger turbo and nozzles and with a map hit around 170 - 180 depending on what you got.
