audio help please

hello i have a seat ibiza sport on a 05 plate!!!

i have a really nice headunit its a sony x plod cdx-m850mp (folding full digi display remote etc) will i need any adaptors for it to fit in the seat ??

also i have "steering wheel" controls for the seat, willi be able to operate the cd player through these? if any pics are needed ill post them for you all

Dont think you'll need any adapters, I put the Sony DAB unit in my car last week no problems - wiring clips into the Sony loom ok, just swap the red and yellow wires over. No fascia plate needed. Dunno about the steering wheel controls, look at Autoleads.co.uk and see if they do an adapter for that.

fr rush has found a way to make steering controls work i got an adapter but it didnt work for me but he has a different one! there is some info if you search steering controls

I dont have steering wheel controls cos im a tight arse who bought a Sport not an FR

i have a sport but it has anti dazzle steering wheel controls and height adjustable seats does this mean its a lux pack on it?
