Hey guys looking for some information here regarding the retrofit of auto/digital climate control into an SE Leon 2014 with manual controls , has anyone successfully completed this retrofit the kit below is on AliExpress which includes what looks like 2 temperature sensors assuming 1 for each vent on NSF and OSF. Has anyone successfully done this retrofit before could you provide some insight on the ins and outs (which clips I will probably break lol).

I haven't personally done it, however seen people do it with their golfs, the way to remove the climate control is relatively easy just grab it and pull towards you, clips are pretty strong but easy to get out so wouldn't really break them, in terms of the wiring just normal tabs, You may also have to code in the climate suit your vehicle spec.

This is only a small portion of the required parts. You need to remove the dash and replace the heater box assembly for climatronic. You also need a humidity sensor in the windscreen

This is a really pointless mod as I've had Leons with both systems and in the real world the difference is hardly noticeable.

There is a considerable difference but in terms of cost and labour it isn't worth it really,
