ok, when I drive off all the doors lock as usual but then the passenger door unlocks?????, if you press the lock button on the drivers door it then locks but again immediatly unlocks. If I press down the door pin it then stays down and its always locked with the normal locking of the car when I get out and press the fob!! any ideas, out of warranty too btw:think:

nope don't know of anyone, any ideas where to start looking for the fault? what about disconnecting the batt, would it maybe reset the system, prob not!

i doubt it, probably just reset everything else!!

Have a look inside the door at the rods, and the door catch itself.

My peugeot developed a central locking fault on the drivers door.
Plip key would unlock the whole car, but drivers door wouldn't open til i'd unlocked it again with the key in the door :wtf:

Turned out, when i trapped the seatbelt in the door, the catch had moved about 1.5mm. Quick lever with a screwdriver, and a swift smack with a rubber hammer, and all was sorted.:)

i did look a bit of a ******** using a remote, and putting the key in the door :hide:

just a thought, most cars won't lock if a door is open (or it thinks it's open)

tell me about it!!!!

first chance you get, remove the tailgate inner panel, and superglue the rear washer jet firmly in place!!

First winter we had the car, it popped off once.
This year, Clifford's been in 6 times for it to be replaced!!!!!

3rd time it was stuck with some kind of silicone gunk, which didn't work.

Beeza's in at the mo for some warranty work, so i want them to do it with a cable tie, and replace the jet nozzle :)

I've had EXACTLY the same problem but mine was fixed under warranty. They said it was simply a dodgy connection (no more info than that from them!) but i was more worried about the fact that the passenger window wouldn't go up! That was a dodgy regulator. Dunno if it was connected mind you...
