I did have a quick look outside after I'd posted, it would appear that I only have 'TV' available through the front menu, but I did see the pinout for the TV connection so I can see how it works.

Go for it.... Its a cheap option if you dont wanna spend the money on some expensive ipod kit. I still have to change songs manually on my ipod but this i can live with having only paid 7 quid total and kept use of my cd changer...

I have to do it manually now anyway, so that won't change! It would be nice to get the CD changer working again though.
