mk1 Clio V6 didn't have a rear one, probably explains the very twitchy handling.

all cars have front arbs

mk1 leon doesnt have a rear arb as standard and not sure about the cupra but still a good idea to upgrade to thicker ones

I beleive the Mk2 Leon does have a rear one.

Thats because it wasn't independant suspension, isn't it?

correct indeed

the mk1 suspension is part of the rear axle

but benefits greatly from an added rear arb
