No they are stuck on with double sided tape. I just prized mine off, cleaned them all up with tar remover getting the glue residue off then re-fixed with trim tape.

Yep deadly serious. I work for Halfords but I did simply take my paint code and mix it up to the spec listed on our computer. (any store can do this)

Right spec i used :

3 layers of plastic filler primer and sanded.
1 layer of red primer and sanded.
7 layers of paint I mixed.
4 layers of laquer.

I didn't wet and dry the paint at all only the primer.

Over the moon with the results like you say almost a perfect match

A quick update.

I ordered my TRS towstrap in red on Friday so hopefully get delivered tomorrow. I also ordered some silvatech bulbs

All in prep for the big weekend matey!

Gonna be a busy one when I've got it all, LCR bumper, FMIC, LCR inlet mani and chargepipe, SAI blanking plate, TRS towstrap and maybe Oil catch can and rear anti roll bar.

6 weeks hopefully! Cant wait

Well my towstrap and bulbs turned up today.

The towstrap will be fitted with all of my other bits, the bulbs today

Just a short (but very important update) I picked up my LCR rear bumper today AND ordered my LCR front bumper and skirts, LCR brembo's and wheels and LCR roof lining and black plastics. Can't wait for it all to get here proper buzzing!!

You got away lightly, my face neck and arms were scorched beyond belief
Then monday morning at about 6.30 a press went down, working in front of a 500 degree machine for 2 hours, i thought my skin was going to melt
