BCS Automotive is looking for test car: Mk2 Leon Cupra R

For anyone with a Cupra R who is interested in a aftermarket exhaust for their Leon Cupra R, BCS are looking for a donor car to develop an exhaust system for it.

Best be quick if you want it to be on yours!;)

I know Nigel throught the rsoc, the systems that they are putting out are 1st class. I was in contact with him last week and his price are also very good!
 
Bit of a thread resurrection here. I am not sure how BCS got on developing a Cupra exhaust but there is a group buy going on in another Golf GTI forum

Lol iv got one I was the development car just my car was ment to go on the website how much it costing you having the full system
 
As for cost I'll wait till tomorrow.
There's a discount to forum members.
Already have a Pipewerx downpipe that reduces to fit my standard catback so the reduced part is being removed so it's a full 3" system.
Early start in the morning need to be there by 9am

I went up last week from Maidstone for my k1 to have a TBE fitted. And use the car to sort out k1 system fitment. Worth the journey :). And it's now sooooo lag free.

Well today I travelled to ST Helens to go to B.C.S Automotive to get my new exhaust fitted by Nige and Dave.
What can I say top blocks and top quality exhausts:D
I got the prestige system with extra silencer as I didn't want it booming away when driving on the motorway at 80mph.
Well the verdict is that was totally achieved I travelled back on cruise at 80mph and I could hardly notice its there.
My car had a Pipewerx downpipe with 100 cell sportcat fitted but they adapted that so I have a full 3" system and what a great job they have done.
Anyone looking for a excellent quality exhaust which sounds amasing and doesn't want to pay Milltek prices this could be for you.
I've already had a Miltek system on this car and removed it as it was too noisy on the motorway and I got sick of needing to polish the rusty marks off the tailpipes every week even at 1 month old.
Anyway heres some pics I'll have more to follow.

Yeah the rear silencer is deleted.
Milltek do the same but bcs added another silencer further forward to reduce boom.
