bee sting

hi can anyone tel me how to get my ariel off my 98 8v cupra all it does is turn and will a bee sting fit?

u'lll need to twist it and give it a good pull, they seem to stick quite well in.
depending on the bee sting, it will fit if its for the ibiza.
the honda s2000 aerial works too, i have one but took it out and now have a wee custom one on mines which no1 has
