Guys.

Been using the Autoglym Green stuff to wash the car but want to make a step up....gonna be claying it again and prob using autoglym Super Resin maybe or something different....

Its a Black LCR...

do Meguirs do something good to using to wash it with with a nice sonus mitt?

Nowt wrong with the AG shampoo to be honest.

Megs Gold Class shampoo is excellent, as is Chemical Guys Citrus Wash & Gloss. Both contain optical brighteners that help to add a little shine to the finish.

Helfords are doing some megs stuff now, about the same price as online so save on the postage, Some stores are also doing buy 3 get 2 free i think it is....

the Megs NXT wash is good but alot people here use the gold class shampoo, which im gonna get next :D

I've been using Megs Hyper Wash recently. It comes with a pump despenser so you get the right amount each time. The dilution rate is 400:1 but you coul easily dilute further the foam is the best i've seen. Also works great with a Karcher Foam Gun. Also like the AG Shampoo, but that gets expensive especially if used in the foam gun.

Hyper Wash

Typical dilution rates are obsolete when comparing them with Meguiar’s Hyper-Wash. Using innovative techniques Meguiar’s has created a product that produces rich, stable foam at an unbelievable dilution rate. Its biodegradable formula safely and effectively lifts dirt and grime off all surfaces. Dilution: 400:1

Thats what I use when detailing other people's cars. Good stuff indeed, and excellent value for money.

unless you live in a hard water area, NXt has water softeners in it, so its worth the extra cost. Other than that I have seen no added value given from the wash and wax of a cheaper end - carplan triple wax, tesco wash and wax, compared to the high end cost ones...
