Anyone know which main and dip bulbs for the whitest look have led sidelights fitted.
Thanks

I'm guessing Phillips Crystal Vision, although they are not road legal. Osram Nighbreaker Advanced are probably the best compromise, no point having white light but not enough output.

I've read on here that MTEC bulbs give a great white light. Do a search and see what comes up.

JOD.

Ended up buying some 6K H7R HID's for 34.99 :)

Read the MTEC don't give out much light...

id have gone mtec, said it before and say it. I spent ages, and i mean ages, finding foglights to suit my xenons (thought it probably looked w@nk with the cornering function all yellow and minging) and the ONLY ones that came close were MTEC cosmos blue...

Thanks Graham, what is the output like on them though? I'm guessing not as good as Osram or Phillips best efforts, but are they better than standard yellowish bulbs?

Fogs on the facelift are HB4 bulbs and on the pre-facelift they are H3 bulbs (not H8 or H11 bulbs).

So, these for a facelift: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271132974171

Or these for a pre-facelift: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271132983020

HB4 actually rings a bell, sorry lads been out of the game too long.

H3 though, not a prayer, never have they been fogs https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=h...5.1469j0j4&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8

I dont care what autobulbus.net says, just look at them!?

As i used them for fogs i wasn't too fussed, but anything is better than yellow right.

Tried them before mate, in fact im sure i still have them in the garage, these will bring up errors without fail

Whilst this is great for foglights, I'm sure the thread was looking for the whitest main and dipped headlights??!!:p

Apologies, as a headlight bulb I have no experience, however others have commented that the distance of light isnt great, but ive always thought, if you need to see further then put your full beams on :D
