Best sports exhaust for MK3 Cupra 290 ST??

Hi all

Looking for recommendations from personal experience.

I've looked at both Milltek and Scorpion but keen to understand if there are alternatives.

Is it better to do the whole system or just the downpipe?

Remus, then Scorpion. Milltek sounds cheap imo, would only buy DPs from Milltek

Have you looked into the possibility of a custom exhaust? You might find it cheaper in price, I did. I have had 2 in the past on ibiza's. The first one was a powerflow exhaust. It was very loud and boomy. I learned from that experience when I got my next one put on my old 2003 ibiza sport 130 tdi, I went to a local place in Hastings as I needed a centre exit as I had put an aero kit on (I think that's what it was called, it was about 9 years ago) I asked them not to make it loud and just a bit louder than stock and it was perfect. I did use a miltek down pipe to bypass the cat though. Although they did say that they could do that as well but I'd already ordered that part.

Looking for recommendations from personal experience.

Whilst fine to an extent, others' personal preferences will be different to yours.

A number of people said not to get a non-res Milltek on a previous car, I did it anyway, and I loved it, it was perfect for me.

Lots of clips on YouTube of the different options. Some are big £££ as well.
