how much is a clutch and turbo and map not including fitting of the clutch and turbo cos il do that myself

Shop around to find the best deals on the parts mate, you might not get everything from one place.

approx 600 for the clutch, + 250 for the flywheel
unsure about the turbo

would just an sach clutch plate do cos i seen one on there for like 350 euros or do i need the pressure plate to?

you'll need an uprated pressure plate around £300

i've just bought the sintered friction plate on its own for £302 as i already have the uprated pressure plate.

can you buy the different components all seperate? where is the best place to get the different parts seperate cos the cheapest ive seen seems to be sach own website?

use these guys to get a disc and cover plate.

then depending on mileage look into a new dmf. you can get one (sachs) from gsf or simular.
