Evening.

Turbo actuator (P334B00) and I've tried to grease it up with no luck. Looking to take it off and probably replace it but according to the dealer there are two options for the car (2016 1.4 act FR). Does anyone know if they are likely to be interchangeable or do I need the right one? Struggling to find a part number on the old one while it's still on the car.

What are the chances of a straight swap working without checking the numbers coming off the actuator? Can OBDII read the numbers?

Thank you :0)

Hi,

If you don't mind sending me your VIN via a private message, I can look up the exact part number for your car.

Oh wow, thank you. I'll get that for you.

Hi again,

As you can see in the screenshot below, there are two variants of the actuator, as dealer said.
But I see that there are some conflicting information.

There's no production date interval in first variant and two turbocharger part numbers are specified which the actuator could be used for. (None of them matches exactly the turbocharger part number in your car)

In the second one, there's a production starting date and also two turbocharger part numbers are specified that the actuator could be used for. (Again, none of them matches exactly the turbocharger part number in your car, but the production start date matches your car's production date, which is 12.04.2016)

So unfortunately I couldn't determine which one you should be going for.
Maybe some other forum members can help further with their opinions and/or experiences.

Best regards,
Serdar

Thank you for trying. I'll just have to try and find the part number. I've had a look but I can't find it. Hope I don't have to take the thing off to find it :0(

By the way, if you can see a part number on the turbocharger, it might give you a better idea.
Parts catalog can have some incorrect parts information in some situations.

If the actual turbocharger part number is different than what the parts catalog says and if it matches one of the numbers specified in actuator entries, than it would be the one you're looking for.
