Bi xenon bulb not working all rest are

Hello everyone so basically installed some bi xenons right hand side works fine no issues left hand side works fine except the xenon bulb all bulbs are new ballast are new when I plug the left light in the right hand side works fine …,, I have checked all the fuses ect all good can anyone help please
