Hello, I own a SEAT LEON iV with an 8.25-inch screen, (the version with 2 knob). It has worked flawlessly so far, the other day the Full-link with Android auto disconnected, usually I press the left knob 10 seconds to reset the screen, I do this if full-link does not reconnect. After that day, I noticed that the profile settings have disappeared, I can't change the user profile because it doesn't show the option. When I start the car, the screen gets stuck on "loading profile" screen for 3 - 4 min, later that I can use the android auto, the AC, all works fine except the profiles settings.
The globe icon is always grayed, the privacy icon isn't showing.
The worst part is that the car are draining the 12V battery and the screen shows the "the 12V battery is low" warning. This battery was replaced a week ago.
Any idea? The guarranty period ended last month.
