Hi,

I recently bought a 2020 Leon KL. It has the small infotainment screen and didn't come with Full Link enabled despite the fact it's an FR trim.
My local Seat dealer is quoting 300€ for activation of Full Link.

With this I had a question about retrofitting the bigger headunit that already maybe has Full Link enabled.

I am familiar with the hardware side of things, my question is more so whether it's possible on the software end without breaking the car?

Thanks.

Feature activation is specific to the VIN, not tied to the infotainment unit

300 is a fair price
Understood. Though I'm still interested in swapping to a nav unit as well - I understand I need an adapter to power the screen and a different glove box - but what about the software side - component protection? Anything else? Thanks!
