Hi, havnt really thought about signing up on here, i am on vortex not sure if anyone has been following my thread on there. I normally come on here to look at projects, pref badger 5. Anyway here is what ive been getting upto over the last 2 years it has taken me to get even this far, all is coming together now though engine will be in july time. A list of things ive got together i started off thinking around 300whp with a GT2871R on FWD but then things went abit out of control.


This was taking part in my bed room i realised it would get done faster, got abit heavy so was taken downstairs to breakfast room instead got to love engines. :D

Original plans was put this in a Passat but things change for a good reason that is GT30 on custom manifold Tial WG.

Custom inlet manifold using AGU runners, R32 TB
1000cc EV Bosch Injectors
Reborred 06A Block
Balanced Crank, Flywheel, Clutch
ARP mains stud kit
ARP Crank gear bolt
Kinetic Manifold
Tial Wastegate 38mm
Garrett GT3582r 63a/r housing
Inlet Valves IE / Inconel Stainless Exhaust Valves
Titanium Valve Retainers
SuperTech Valve Springs and exhaust seats.
Bosch 044 fuel pump
Mahle 82.5mm Pistons 8:50:1 ratio
Eagle 20mm Rods
IE timing belt kit with hydrualic tensioner delete
Adjustable Timing Pulley
DMS Motor Sport 600bhp Head Gasket
Boost Brothers FMIC
CMI Engineering Oil Cooler Kit
Spec stage 4 clutch
CM flywheel 10lb
OEM Thermo Stat
OEM Water Pump Metal Impellar

So i got IE's valves fitted.

AGU sump so made it more stronger to prone to cracking, an cut hole for sensor.

So got started with a custom inlet manifold, so i can run a R32 TB an larger runners and chamber.

Then came a car i couldnt miss out on which i got for a good price unrecorded, Golf 51 high spec leather Recaros an with only 60k on the clock £1500 dosnt get any better.

Was an easy fix, snapped hub which i got from strictlydubs.

Nearl finished inlet manifold before ends were welded i have tidyed up inside and smoothed the manifold inside. It is my first one ive done think its turned out ok.

Insane bro, just mad

What power are you aiming for?

Now with upgraded fuel lines i hope for 500whp, lots of lag but will be high revving 8,5rpm and anti lag launch control will be good.
