Bilstein B8 and Eibach Pro Kit

I have had the Eibach Pro kit on OEM absorbers for over an year.
I am facing shock absorbers change and I want to know if I put the Bilstein B8, would this additionally lower the car compared to the OEM absorbers/Eibach springs combo?

Springs set the ride height and as you're not changing them it will be at the same height with new shocks

As above, it's the springs that set the height so it wouldn't change going to the Bilstein dampers although the ride quality and handling would be a lot better.
