bit of bass?

Ive bought some fusion 3 way powerplant for the front of my car, although to be fair they sound **** when the volume is turned up, the bass distorts....


will changing the rear make a difference..

Im not after crazy bass, just like a nice subtle punch to beats not a fart liike noise..

help etc please

what head unit you got in? if you havent upgraded that, it could be that thats causing the bad sound quality.

i think most people here usually go for a new head unit first then speakers later.

I have the standard unit... With all the computer stuff on it (mpg etc etc

ahh, might be worth having a search to see what others have done. problem with just upgrading the speakers is that if you get a cr$p signal you'llget cr$p sound whatever speakers you use.

really gives a good thump. even if you block the port to make it punchier

you will need a bit of an amp to go with that tho.
