205/40/17 - the ONLY size to go for imo....can go bigger width but may get scrubbing. 205/40/17's are DEFINITELY what you need.

Yeh that is the size I had in mind am a bit worried about a hard ride though, I will lower the car but that is not for quite some time yet.
Found anymore yet? Might start looking at some diffrent ones soon since im struggling too get some fr ones

Wow paulie that look amazing what colour are they? I though no one on here had a black car with grey vRS rims but you do and they look great!!
Can't wait to get mine done now, what tyres and sizes did you go for by the way as I@m still trying to decide that?
you should defo do it, i'd describe the colour as 'effing dark graphite', it's pretty close to black but not quite.
the tyres are cheapos as i just wanted them on my car. they're bloody scary in damp weather so i'm going for goodyears next. the size was 205/40/17.
one thing i will say is that vrs rims are bloody heavy compared to my old sport ones, 1.2s are a no no i reckon. luckily i noticed no difference
oh and plus, i noticed no difference apart from a bit more tyre noise, but i reckon that's just the cruddy tyres. defo worth it.
Thanks for the tips will be going for Goodyear Eagle F1s already decided that a while back so had to wait longer in order to save for them. I will get my 5th wheel done and see what I think.
I live about 40mins from burgess hill, so isn't too far out of my way to get them done there. I will give them a call after work and let you know what prices they quote
