BMC CDA vs Dynatwist!

how many miles on it mate?green have been the longest lasting kit i have used,BMC is a foam filter yeh?comapring foam with cotton gause,has "usually" had cotton come out on top imho for longevity

I might fit mine in a bit. Its sittin downstairs lookin at me. Like i said, there not much between them, i got offered a bargain on the BMC and my dynatwist was lookin a little tired so i done the obvious. Its actually off a 106 of some sorts but the connections are the same. Will report back soon.

the 106 bmc is alot smaller then the 1.8t kit my mates got one on his 106 gti and its tiny compared to mine

il do it at the weekend for you if its the same size then it isn't off a 106 mate wot size pipe is the in and out on it?

I think it might be a universal one of some sort possibly?

You think it could hinder the performance of the filter if it is from another car?

The dims of mine are... width130xlength185 .

just had a look at the BMC website and it says the one for the cupra has a 80mm connection, which is wrong, should be 70mm, is that why you went for the Samco reducer?

yeah mine is 3" in and out reduced down to 2.5"
