Im also worried about it. The engine is fine but the gearbox can handle only 255nm.
But,
See this

Its a golf with dsg7.
Also read this from another forum;
''just been speaking to the helpful people at Revo Technik.
They said that the DSG gearboxes can take much more than the imposed torque limit of 250Nm on the 7 speed DSG and 350Nm on the 6 speed DSG.
It is possible to trick the ECU and the TCM (Traction Control Module) into thinking the engine is producing less than the imposed torque limits to stop the ECU limiting the engine power. However all the power and torque is still delivered at the wheels.
It is all very technical but I am assured that a 7 speed DSG box can be tuned to 205hp and 270nm quite happily, and use all this power and torque without hitting the TCM limiter. This same rule goes for the 6 speed DSG box (for all you 2.0 GT chaps out there).
If you need anymore info, i'd give Revo a call as he did say SOME tuners aren't bypassing the TCM and thus the cars are hittng the TCM limiter.''
