I wonder if them LCR ones would fit? Techie? 5x100?????

Mine are LCR wheels, MK1 are 5x100

MK2 LCR wheels are 5x112

If you were planning the 19" MK2 LCR wheels I think you would have changed your mind seeing the price. From SEAT mine are 330 plus vat EACH.

Another quick question for anyone
Can anyone confirm that the et (offset) is 43 for the cupra/ bocanegra wheels?

Also if you get alloys with a different offset what does it do to the car?

ET43 is correct for the originals. If you get wheels with a lower ET they stick out more.
Higher ET and they get closer to the springs.
ET calculator

I think in the front you can get away with up to 10mm lower ET and on the back even more.
