Bodywork Warranty??

Anybody know the warranty period on the mk2 leon?

I'm pretty sure its 10 years but can't remember of top of head.

Possibly 12 years. That's what SEAT give on all new cars now.

Of course, it only covers rust originating from the inside and moving outward. Simple external rust without a cause on the underside of the panel isn't covered.

I've got a tiny patch on the bottom of the drivers door thats stating to appear, guessing this wouldn't be covered? Could be coming from the inside though.

12 years. Just had wings replaced and sills repaired but had to pay a contribution to repair.
