boost gauge

right I'm going to scream. No matter what I do my boost gauge constantly shakes (needle).

its fitted straight into my allards egr race pipe. I've tried different pipes, width , length etc. The only other thing I could try is a anti buzz t piece but then I'd have to block one end off.

any ideas?

i got the t piece and blanked one end of it works perfect used a blacking cap of diesel injectors and glued it on

i used the t piece with the inbuilt reducer fitted it into the hose from the boost pipe to the guage and have blocked one side - never had a prolem

my guage is the one Hellfrauds sell / sold

i cut a pen , made a small hole in it and put it in the hose . now there is no variations in niddle . works perfect

Yeah , I've now done what you have Mark. However I've dropped a clanger today. While trying to find a hole with a screwdriver I've managed to pull acouple of ecu wires out of its plug! Then while trying to investigate my co!k up I managed to crack the screen while removing the scuttle panel!

yip thanks. all done. however with 2.1 bar peak, the hose keeps poping off the egr. keep meaning to cable tie it, however I dont think that's the right answer, any suggestions?

I would use a zip tie and as mine has popped a few times I probably will
