Evening guys.

Recently upgraded to Stage 2 with a hybrid and remap, now running 206 bhp and 293 ftlb with my AMD remap.

I am now having various issues with my "upgraded" boost hoses. I am running a mixture of SFS bits and Allard solid pipes.

Firstly - I run an SFS connector (the ally one) out of the turbo, with the (BLOODY EXPENSIVE) SFS turbo outlet hose. The SFS turbo outlet hose just doesnt seem up to the job, it is rubbing on my drive shaft (I am only 40mm lowered) and has been blowing off of the connector even with a murray clamp on there instead of a jubilee.

This has made the car unreliable, so I have gone back to my standard (albeit leaky) stock pancake pipe.

I am now after solutions to prevent the rubbing and create a reliable boost system.

Any ideas welcome!

Scott

best bet custom or new oem tbh. sfs is poo. the hose cant take tdi pressure. They expand big time under boost!

Ths offer an uprated pancake pipe designed around the standard 20vt one but I believe it's best used on the pd130 rather than the 150.
