Model Year 24/25 Boot space?! Which position of the floor?

Formentor boot space is by Cupra "defined" as:

• 2WD - 450 l
• 4WD - 420 l
• PHEV - 345 l

I understand 4WD & PHEV takes some space from the boot, but in case of 2WD - is 450 litres valid for upper position or lower position of the floor??
I have a "bad feeling" in lower position, while for 4WD the floor is only possible to have in the upper position. Am I right? That's the reason why 4WD has 420 litres...

Why am I asking - there are another conditions, in case of 2WD, which prevents floor to lower it to lower position:

• Sound system
• Top View 360 camera system

Both systems has a "devices" placed in a foam on right side next to the spare wheel, like on this pic (this one is only 360 cam, sound system is missing, but it has another device with bunch of cables closer to the backrest):

The dealer is not able to tell me, only repeating that 1.5eTSI has 450l boot.
But with sound system or top view camera, the floor cannot be lowered..
So? I am really confused now. And as you can see in my signature, I am used for 600-620 litres boots... so considering "each liter"..
