Super 4s are just plain and cheap plugs mate, they wont give any more performance than most other plugs. If you want better than std plugs look for ngk or denso iridium plugs. The ngk versions are only 25-27 quid a set and can be bought with the usual 7 or 6 temp rating.

bosch super 4's about 20 quid from halfords i stuck em in last time i changed them and can't realy complain.
