:headhurt: Ohhhhhhhhh, whats broken now?

Sometimes, when changing from 2nd gear to 3rd, and then 3rd to 4th, the clutch is either delayed or broken because the gear will never go in. All I get is a delightful grinding noise (prolly causing some damage at this point) and sky-high engine revs.

The clutch pedal is fully down every time. To get the gear to go in, i've got to press the clutch pedal 2-3 times before the gear will go in. Any one got some ideas? And, if I continue doing this, is it likly to leave lasting damage later on?

It has been doing this on and off for the past 10 days or so, so im getting a little concerned now!

don't think you have a gearbox problem, I reckon your clutch is the problem

IIRC the clutch is hydraulic so my guess is that the fluid is low because of a leak or the rubber seals in the master or slave cylinder are shot

if someone comes along and says the clutch is cable operated then forget what I said :(

You have got to be kidding me - this car has just 2100 miles on the clock!

I'm also worried that if I tell the steeler tomorrow, because it's a cluch problem, they will do :censored: all to fix it because it's a consumable part! [:@]
