I'm going to replace the brake master cylinder and I'm wondering whether to bench bleed it first. I've done it before, on my daughter's Honda Civic, and I remember thinking it was a waste of time as the fluid dribbles out while you are fitting it to the car.
Anyone else done it?

It must make things a bit messy, if you are planning on using a pressure bleeder, why not just fit it dry and crack back open slightly each of the diagonal pipes and the clutch pipe at the start of the bleeding process.
