Brake pad cracking - do these look OK ??

Had the pads off the my car the other week to check all was OK, noticed that on the n/s/f the pads had some signs of cracking in the friction material.

Is this anything to be concerned about ?

been working hard... what colour disks?
nothing fractured off yet from the picture.

Disks look fine.

Do you reckon the pads need replacing ?
