brake wear indicator

Just fitted pads which don't have a sensor on them and of course the obligatory light has come on. I have joined the wires together but it hasnt got rid of it.
Is there something else to do or is there sensors at every corner?

How the he'll did you do that ?
Try putting a female spade connector in the plug and wrap some insulation tape around it.

The wheel bolts sheared :S

What all five? Are you sure they didn't come undone? Check the bolts after 50miles for tightness?

Yes. Did the pads on Saturday and checked the bolts tuesday. 2 were broken and I couldnt find the other 3
