Breather hose problem

Hello today i was just having a look round my car checking clamps were tight an just a genral look at things an i noticed a snaped tube coming out of a silicon hose on the top of then engine what connects to the cover on top of the engine i was just wondering if any1 new the part number or what they are called so i can order a new one

I have found a part on the net what looks the same but im not 100% sure i have a 2005 LCR an the part number is 06A103213AF

Hello, i had the same problem on a 2005 seat leon 1.8 t auq, i replaced the 2 hoses and the T connector as you can see in the images uploaded.
