Hello.

I've got a small question. Do you know if calipers from Porsche 944 Turbo are the same as Brembos from Cupra R 1M? I'm thinking mostly of seals from it.

I have to buy a repair kit for my calipers, but I can't get any kit for SEAT. Maybe if the ones from Porshe fits, I'll buy it.

And as always: sorry for my poor English :)

So it will be a valuable information :)

I'll add more: according to the informations I've found on the internet, the same calipers have following cars: Focus RS 2.0 turbo and Porsche Boxter 2.5 (97-99).

All depends if the mounting points are the same as the ones on the lcr's. The Pistons may be the same. I knew the mk1 rs focus used the same pads but I thought there discs were thicker which should mean the calipers will be wider too.

Yes yes, no problem. I've bought two kits made by Autofren Seinsa.

Earlier I've bought two original Brembo kits from dealer, but they not included small o-ring seals, so I must return or sell them.

Thanks. I'm doing a total renovation of all four calipers. Thanks God, that pistons from front calipers are made of titanium and they do not rust.

I will add, that rear, aluminium calipers are total failure of Seat :)
