Depends on what 16" wheels you're talking about....

There's a list of what wheels will fit over Brembo's somewhere.... will see if I can find it

What is the width of the brembo calipers?

you either have to stump up and buy a pair from badger5, a ready made kit thats easy to fit, or buy some porsche or other brembo calipers and make up some carriers. Well worth it either way! 4pot power is great!
