Having purchased a new car from David Penmans SEAT in Darlington in 2008 and another from Bristol Street Motors in 2010 when they took the garage over I have to say I am disappointed that they could not keep me as a customer this year.

I took an offer to them from Jennings SEAT and they were able to beat it. I asked about getting a free service and I'd do the deal. They were unable to offer this.

Straight back on the phone to Jennings who not only beat the deal again but also gave the servicing.

Seems a shame that garages don't do more to keep existing customers!

I told darlington i was interested in a 1.2tsi i saw on the website. Being 17 he obviously took me for a joke and never got back to me about the availability of the vehicle. That weekend i went to barnsley and bought it.

In a recession you would think they'd do a little more for a sale ey? Stupid.
