Have had a quick look on her but can't see anything about the seat being too high. Have just fitted a motamec evotwo with omp subframe. I'm only 5"8 but I am sitting way to high. It seems like the subframe sits to high. The bucket seat is side mounted and have gone as low as I can. But it's like I'm driving a van lol. Any help would be great. Cheers!

Different car but same setup. In my old track Saxo, I had OMP subframes and side mounts and the seats sat too high for me too, I think the side mounts are thought to be bolted to welded on bars like in a race car which would have it sat a bit lower?
Whatever the reason I was too high too so I just drilled new holes lower down in the sidemounts. I did the backs a bit lower too so it was reclined slightly and made it much more comfy! You will need good drill bits though to get through the steel as its strong. Make sure you measure up each side properly and make sure you dont drill too low so the bottom of the seat doesnt hit the subframe and wont let you put the bolt in.

I had evo 9 recaros in my last leon on a set of adjustable runners they sat well at a decent height so far as I know they were just std runners adapted to fit the recaro seats
