Buggered carpet!?

Hi Guys,

Very quick one,

any idea where or how i can do the following:

a) repair the carpet where the previous owners wife has gone through it in heels under the clutch pedal. :-( - didnt notice this before sale!

b) source propper tailored matts and how much they are?

No idea of a.) just cover it with a mat. What do you mean tailored? Do you just mean mats that fit a Leon? Or some sort of special mats with extra protection?

try dealership for some nice mats that are shaped to fit.

think they are aroud £40, but worth it

Yeah by tailored i just meant propper Mats to fit the footwell properly.

The car has only doen 21k but the carpet is a real mess, about an inch square immediately under the clutch, dont know how to fix it!

tricky one that mate, had a BM years ago that had the same high heel treatment

if you do find some nice soft pile mats, bung a link or pic up please as I've trawled the net and ebay and can't find any.

the Seat ones are bloody awfull, cheap thin cack that take a set
